How do I exchange or return an item?
EXCHANGING / RETURNING ITEM(S)

To return an item you simply contact us at RETURNS and request your RMA Number.


Please ensure to include the RMA Number written on a piece of paper along with your returns so we can accept it for processing. Failure to do so means we will be unable to process your exchange/return.

We strongly advise all customers to send their Exchange/Return via a secure, signed for service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely and securely. Parcels should be insured for the full amount of the sum paid for the goods and you should keep proof of postage certificates as we are not responsible for goods that are damaged and lost in transit.


Parcels sent to us without meeting the requirements, are lost, damaged or incorrect items are sent then we are unable to process it.
Please note we do not offer a free exchange or returns service at this present time. Therefore we do not accept responsibility for any postage costs incurred for either a return or exchange.
For exchanges, please ensure you include a pre-paid envelope with the full cost of a tracked and signed for service in order for us to be able to send it to you.

RECEIVING FUNDS

wearMEunder will automatically credit your member account with your store credit for any items returned and processed.

Should you wish to receive a refund, please ensure to specify such on your RMA request email and also with the items returned to us for processing.
We are only able to credit the original method of payment [member account, credit or debit card] used when order was placed for the sum of the goods alone. Credits are only applied after returns have been processed by us and this has been confirmed by email to you. Credit and Debit cards may take 7 to 14 days to show in your account after refund has been processed.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES are unfortunately non-refundable and we are unable to accept exchanges for them.

Items sent will automatically have a UK or rest of the world deduction on refunds (either on card of purchase or when credited to your wearMEunder account) to cover shipping costs incurred for the original shipping of the order.

PLEASE NOTE you must request an RMA within 7 days of receiving the order. For orders sent via BASIC FREE SHIPPING we will automatically calculate the 7 days counting from 12 days after your order has been shipped.
